Getting started with Rebox as a buyer is straightforward. Here is what the process looks like from first contact to active program:
Step 1 — Initial conversation. A Rebox representative will reach out within 1–3 business days of your inquiry to learn about your operation: the box sizes you use most, your monthly volume, your delivery requirements, and your current packaging spend.
Step 2 — Samples. Before any commitment, we send you samples, typically in the sizes most relevant to your operation, so you can assess the quality and structural integrity of our boxes firsthand. We want you to be confident before you place a single order.
Step 3 — Program design. Once you're satisfied with the samples, your account manager works with you to build a program around your volume, schedule, and delivery requirements. Pricing is determined by box size, condition, and volume, and every program is designed to scale as your business grows.
