Mark Young is CEO of Rebox. He guides the company’s strategy, culture, and growth across North America. From humble beginnings in 1987, he and his partners built the business on practical reuse solutions and a service‑first mindset, formally establishing Rebox in 1990.
Under Mark’s leadership, Rebox has grown into the leading corrugated reuse supply chain solution, serving more than 2000 manufacturers across the U.S. and Canada.
Guided by a clear vision, to transform the sustainable packaging industry, Mark focuses on operational excellence, trusted partnerships, and delivering measurable customer value. He continues to invest in people and processes that scale reuse, reduce waste, and offer an excellent service experience.

Shouvik Roy is the Chief Financial Officer of Rebox. He is responsible for the company’s finance, HR, and IT functions, as well as strategy, M&A, and overall operational performance. He believes in a hands-on leadership style, focused on helping his team scale the business.
Shouvik brings extensive experience as a public-company and growth-equity-backed CFO in various tech companies, along with senior leadership roles at global organizations including Nike, The Home Depot, and Linamar. He holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from Wilfrid Laurier University and is a Chartered Professional Accountant (CPA) and Chartered Accountant (CA). Beyond his corporate role, Shouvik is an advisor and mentor to several not-for-profits and governing bodies, including CPA Ontario and MaRS.

Will Dennis is the Senior Director of Growth at Rebox. He leads the sales, customer success, and marketing teams to strengthen market presence, accelerate sustainable growth, and elevate the company’s brand across North America.
Since joining Rebox in 2018, Will has progressed through roles in operations, sales, and product development. This experience gives him an end‑to‑end view of the customer lifecycle and the operational levers behind commercial performance.
Known for his collaborative, high‑performance leadership style, his approach reflects the discipline and resilience forged during a prior professional athletic career, informing his focus on teamwork, preparation, and continuous improvement.
Outside of work, Will enjoys playing competitive amateur golf and sailing with his family, pursuits that mirror his commitment to strategy, precision, and long‑term development.

Mike is Director of Procurement at Rebox. He leads the procurement function, driving strategic sourcing and supplier partnerships that ensure quality, cost efficiency, and sustainability across our operations. His leadership style is focused on empowering teams with clear guidance, the right resources, and shared decision‑making.
Mike brings more than two decades of leadership experience across transport, logistics, and warehousing. He served as president and owner of D. Donnelly Inc. which he successfully sold to TransForce (TFI).
Deeply engaged in the community, Mike supports Parkinson Canada, helping run RMGC’s largest golf fundraiser in honor of his friend Rudy Erfle. Away from work, he’s an avid sports enthusiast who enjoys coaching hockey, playing golf, reading, travel, and time with family and close friends. Happily married to his wife Tracey for 28 years, he’s the proud father of Shane, Jaime, and Joshua.

Anthony is Senior Director, Supplier Success at Rebox. He leads the Supplier Success team, managing and strengthening supplier relationships while identifying new growth opportunities and improving the efficiency and profitability of each partnership.
Anthony has been with Rebox since 2006, holding a wide range of roles across the organization including supply sourcing and procurement, 3PL operations, transportation operations, and supply account management. He has deep experience building high-level relationships with strategic procurement partners, including all-purpose and facility management recyclers.
Anthony holds a degree in Industrial Relations from McGill University, with a strong foundation in workforce dynamics, labor strategy, and organizational effectiveness.His leadership style is centered on helping employees truly understand the business so they're set up to succeed — pushing teams to perform at a high level while keeping them engaged and enjoying the work they do.

Jordan is Director, Operations at Rebox. He leads the operations function with a focus on large-scale project implementation, supply chain optimization, and inventory accuracy - working cross-functionally to drive efficiency across the business.
Jordan has been with Rebox since 2015, joining as a Purchasing Manager and progressing through a number of roles before stepping into his current position. He has worked across a wide range of industries and brings a natural instinct for problem-solving, with a career-long draw toward systems, software, and process improvement. He holds a BCom in Accounting from Concordia University.
His leadership style is built on trust, giving his team the autonomy to work independently and the space to do their jobs well. He values hard work and believes the best results come when people are empowered to own their responsibilities.
Outside of Rebox, Jordan is a restaurateur and managing partner at Bernie's Pizza Martini Bar, a local Montreal favourite. He's proof that a passion for operations runs deep, his first job was as a crossing guard.
